down in India or A person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma,
Srilanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of
Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam in order to stay
permanent in India.
Age Limitations
for Combined Medical Services
Candidates who want to take part in the Combined Medical

Age Relaxation
Age relaxation is also granted to the candidates, belonging
to reserved categories which are provided according to the guidelines of

for Other Backward Classes, 5 years for State of Jammu &
Kashmir (Domiciled during the period from the 1st January, 1980 to
31st December, 1989., 5 years for Defence Services
personnel (disabled in operations during hostilities with any foreign
country or in a disturbed area, 5 years for Ex-servicemen including
Commissioned officers and ECOs/SSCOs, 10 years for Blind.
Important Note
Date of Birth Certificate
Date of birth accepted by the Commission that entered in the
Matriculation or Secondary School Leaving Certificate or in a certificate
recognized by an Indian University as equivalent to Matriculation or Register
of Matriculates maintained by a University, which certified by the authority of
the University or in the Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination
certificate/ Other documents such as horoscopes, affidavits, birth extracts
from Municipal Corporation, service records are not accepted. When date of
birth is recorded in the Commission, then no one will be allowed to change it
subsequently (or at any other Examination of the Commission).
